I have been getting over a terrible flu/cold, and this was the first thing I wanted to make when I had the energy and appetite to eat again.
Serves: 3 smoothies
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen peach slices (or 2 medium fresh peaches)
1 well ripened banana
2 cups chilled pineapple juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately with a cute straw and mint leaves!
